Finding you a new or second home is my passion. That passion have started in 2006 in the USA and with small interruptions continues to this day continously bringing lots of satisfaction. Being inquisitive I analyze every case in search of the best and most beneficial solution, as client's satisfaction is my top priority.
I offer comprehensive services and I make every effort to ensure that transactions take place quickly, efficiently, with minimum interference for my client.
I advise and proceed with bringing a property to the market in the most optimal way. I help to find and purchase apartments, houses or commercial properties or lands and lots. I offer support in finding the most beneficial financing for a new purchase. I understand and meet the individual needs of each client.
When I work with a buyer at a property purchase I negotiate the price and terms of contract for my client as I exclusively represent the side of the transaction whom hired me while providing real estate services at a consistently high level.
The technology savvy side of mine (from web development through online marketing to using the latest tools) enables me to be selfsufficient and do everything much more quickly and effectively, while extending the range of services I provide to my clients at the same time.
"Client first" philosophy requires constant improvements of my skills, that's why I'm currently expanding my knowledge by preparing for a property appraiser government exam.

Services
All our financial services are completely FREE for individuals, which was regulated by the law in 2017. Our remuneration is covered by the bank in which our customer eventually takes out the mortgage or a loan. Information about it will be provided to the customer.
On the company and corporation level (company financig) our financial services aren't covered by banks, so a brokerage agreement is required where all the services and prices are negotited individually.
